Distinguish room categories
Group Standard, Deluxe or Suite rooms according to your actual inventory. Include verified details about beds, balconies and in-room amenities.
Help guests understand room categories and amenities before asking about availability.

A hotel tour should help visitors find the right room category, inspect its layout and locate shared amenities. StayPano organizes viewpoints into room groups and common areas so guests can explore a clear journey rather than a disconnected photo gallery.
Group Standard, Deluxe or Suite rooms according to your actual inventory. Include verified details about beds, balconies and in-room amenities.
Introduce arrival areas, breakfast spaces, pools or meeting rooms where photographs are available. Choose clear routes and omit repetitive viewpoints.
Place a hotel contact or booking-page link where it is useful. A separate live availability or booking system is outside this tour scope.
Prepare original 360° photographs, room names, verified amenities and your enquiry or booking link. Use photographs you have permission to publish; illustrative images should never be presented as the actual hotel.
After reviewing the photographs, we agree on scenes, room groups, information points, interface, review rounds and website embedding. The handover defines tour links, access rights, hosting periods and update costs.
You can choose representative rooms for each category. The scene list follows layout differences and what the hotel needs to explain to its guests.
Scenes, room categories, information points, design and integrations determine the scope. StayPano quotes after reviewing your photographs and requirements, with hosting and updates listed separately.
Embed code can be used where your website supports iframes. Opening viewpoints and separate tours are agreed during design and tested on the actual website and devices before handover.
Share your contact details, property type and photo status. StayPano will discuss scenes, the information to include and a suitable scope for your quote.
